Refund Policy
If it doesn’t help, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you.
We make tiny books for real lives, and we want every one of them to be worth your time. If a guide you bought doesn’t help you, you shouldn’t pay for it. That’s the whole idea behind our guarantee.
How it works
- Within 14 days. Email us within 14 days of your purchase.
- One email is enough. Send it to info@thetinybookofbeinghuman.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number. You don’t have to explain why, although we’re always grateful to hear what didn’t work for you.
- Full refund. We refund the full amount you paid, including any add-on you bought with it, such as The Reset Pack.
- To your original payment method. The refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. Depending on your bank or card, it can take 5 to 10 working days before you see it.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are final. If something is wrong with your guide, such as a broken download link or a missing file, we will always fix it for you, whenever you bought it.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, this right ends once delivery starts, but only if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout and confirmed that you lose this right. Our 14-day guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of that: even after the legal right has ended, you can still ask for a refund within 14 days if the guide didn’t help.
Fair use
Our guarantee is meant for people who tried a guide and found it wasn’t for them. If someone repeatedly buys and refunds our guides, we may decline further refunds or orders.
Free guides
Free guides, such as The 20-Minute Life Reset, cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
